Directions: Mix 15 g (1/2 scoop) with 250 ml of water. Drink approximately 30 minutes before strength training. During endurance training, it is essential to supplement this product with additional carbohydrates and consume more fluids (e.g., ISODRINX). The maximum daily dose is 15 g. Do not exceed the recommended dose. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 3 months.

Warning: Undissolved particles may appear during preparation, which should not be considered a sign of a bad product. A tingling sensation is a common reaction!
