Magnesium citrate of organic origin from the Dead Sea. 

Food supplement containing a large amount of magnesium citrate extracted from the water of the Dead Sea. Without additional chemical additives, suitable for use by pregnant and lactating mothers.

Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, supports normal muscle function, nervous system activity, bone and teeth condition, energy metabolism, protein synthesis, electrolyte balance and psychological function. It also plays a role in cell division.

Usage:

Adults - 1 packet per day after a meal.

Children 6-12 years old. – ½ packet per day.

Children from 2 years old – ¼ packet per day.
Dissolve the contents of the packet in 100-200 ml of water or juice. If taken in the morning on an empty stomach, it can be laxative. Natural sedimentation is possible due to the active substances contained in the composition only.

One package is enough: for adults - 20 days, for children - up to 40 days.
