GOLD DRINK is an extremely tasty and hydrating isotonic drink that contains 3 types of carbohydrates - thus preventing stomach discomfort and still providing 217 mg (58% RDI) of magnesium and other minerals that we lose in abundance through sweat.

USE: drink in small sips every 15-20 minutes during exercise. Take 1 dose per hour before 2 hours of training, 2 doses between the second and third hour of training, 3 doses per hour after 3 hours of training. Preparation: add 1 scoop (40 g) to every 500 ml of water. Mix well. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.
