MAURTEN GEL 160 - energy gel.
Next-generation energy gel! GEL 160 is a concentrated carbohydrate solution in a biopolymer matrix. It consists of a unique blend of glucose and fructose (ratio 0.8:1), which allows for the consumption of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour. It contains only six ingredients and no colorings or preservatives. One serving of GEL 160 contains 50g of carbohydrates.
The hydrogel structure prevents carbohydrates from being broken down in the stomach, where most nutrients are lost. Instead, the hydrogel successfully reaches the intestines, where it dissolves, releasing carbohydrates. This method of carbohydrate absorption does not irritate the stomach.
