Nutrend BCAA Complex is a high quality branched chain amino acid (BCAA) complex supplemented with L-carnitine, L-alanine and L-carnosine. This product is intended for athletes seeking to improve muscle recovery, reduce fatigue and maintain muscle mass during intense training.

BCAAs are considered the most important amino acids needed for optimal muscle function. One BCAA Complex capsule contains as much as 500 mg of essential branched chain amino acids, which are presented in an optimal ratio of 2:1:1 (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine). The compound with L-carnitine ensures more effective absorption and use in the body. In addition, it contains L-alanine and L-carnosine.

Recommended dosage: 6 capsules (3 g of product) before training. The dosage can be divided into parts: 3 capsules before and 3 capsules after training. Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose.
