Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate (85%), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable)).

Usage: Take two capsules per day with sufficient liquid.
