Peak Vitamin D3 + K2 is a high-concentration food supplement with 5000 IU (125 µg) of vitamin D3 and 150 µg of vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7, designed to support the immune system, bones, teeth and muscle function; vitamin D3 helps to better absorb calcium, and K2 directs it to the bones, so this combination is especially useful in the autumn and winter season, with little exposure to the sun or active sports, and due to the strong dose, it is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
