Natural magnesium granules with creatine
Food supplement with sweeteners. Magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism, muscle and nervous system function, protein synthesis, bone and tooth condition, and reduces tiredness and fatigue. Creatine is widely used to support muscle energy metabolism.

Usage:
For adults – 1 sachet per day.
For children 7–12 years old – ½ packet per day.
Place the granules on your tongue and allow to dissolve.

One package is enough for: adults – 14 days, children – 28 days.
