Organic magnesium citrate from the Dead Sea
A food supplement containing naturally occurring magnesium citrate extracted from the Dead Sea. Without additional additives, it is suitable for pregnant and lactating mothers.
Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, maintains normal muscle function, nervous system function, bone and tooth condition, energy metabolism, protein synthesis, electrolyte balance and psychological function.

Usage:
Adults – 1 sachet per day after meals.
Children 6–12 years old – ½ packet per day.
Children from 2 years old – ¼ packet per day.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 100–200 ml of water or juice. When taken in the morning on an empty stomach, it can have a laxative effect.
Packaging: 66 g (30 sachets × 2.2 g)
One package is enough for adults for 30 days, and for children for up to 60 days.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Do not use as a meal replacement. Store out of reach of children, in a dry place, at temperatures up to +25 °C. Protect from moisture.
