Collagen and whey protein complex with vitamin C and magnesium
Designed for building and maintaining muscle mass, bones, cartilage and skin. Contains hydrolyzed beef collagen types I and III, whey isolate (90% protein, very low in lactose), vitamin C and magnesium.

Impact:

Protein – for muscle growth, maintenance, and bone health

Magnesium – for protein synthesis, muscle function, and reduction of fatigue

Usage:
1–2 sachets/day (100–500 ml of water or juice), preferably in a blender.

Vitamin C – 160 mg (200% RDI)
