Food supplement with naturally occurring magnesium extracted from seawater and vitamin B6. Magnesium and vitamin B6 help maintain normal energy metabolism and nervous system function, and reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Excipients: magnesium citrate, magnesium hydroxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Usage:
Adults and children over 10 years old – 1 sachet per day after meals. The powder can be poured directly into the mouth and swallowed, or dissolved in 100–200 ml of water.

Suitable for: pregnant women, nursing mothers, vegans, vegetarians and diabetics.
