The predominant electrolyte is sodium, and since more of it is lost, the formula is supplemented with chloride, magnesium, and potassium to maintain electrolyte balance.
This product is intended for athletes who engage in prolonged sports that cause increased sweating and therefore have a greater need to replace mineral salts.
Electrolytes are especially important in muscle, nerve and heart cells, where they work together to transmit electrical impulses for nerve impulses and muscle contractions.
USAGE: Take 2 capsules per hour as a supplement with a drink during events/training lasting longer than 2-3 hours or in very hot conditions. You can take up to 3 doses per day.
