Nutrend ISOdrinx is a powdered isotonic or hypotonic drink designed to maintain the body's fluid, electrolyte and energy balance during physical exercise. It can be prepared in various concentrations, depending on the intensity of the exercise.

ISOdrinx is a concentrated powder for preparing an isotonic or hypotonic drink. It is intended for maintaining energy and the body's fluid and vitamin balance during training. The vitamins contained in the product help reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue and are important for normal energy metabolism and nervous system function.

Isodrinx Blue Raspberry contains caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women (16 mg/100 ml)!

USAGE: Isotonic drinks are usually consumed during physical exertion lasting up to 1 hour, hypotonic drinks - for over an hour.

PREPARATION METHOD: To make a hypotonic drink, dilute 35 g of powder with 750 ml of water (osmolarity less than 250 mOsm/kg). To make an isotonic drink, dilute 35 g of powder with 500 ml of water (osmolarity 275 to 305 mOsm/kg). 1 full scoop = 35 g of product. After opening, store below 25 °C and consume within 2 months. Shake the package before opening.
