Competition is a hypotonic sports drink that contains a variety of carbohydrate sources with different glycemic indexes to meet higher energy needs. The supplement is ideal both during and after endurance training. COMPETITION® is well tolerated due to its unique composition and mild taste. It contains 5 essential electrolytes in well-absorbed forms: sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and chloride. Gluten and lactose free.

USAGE. Suitable before, during or after training. Drink about 0.5-1 liter every hour, depending on thirst and degree of sweating. Fill a 750-1000 ml bottle with cold water, add 4-5 tablespoons (60-80 g) of powder, shake and enjoy the prepared drink. The concentration can be increased for greater energy needs (the drink remains hypotonic up to 90 g/l).
