Usage:

Adults - 1 packet per day after a meal.

Children 6-12 years old. – ½ packet per day.

Children from 2 years old – ¼ packet per day.
Dissolve the contents of the packet in 100-200 ml of water or juice. If taken in the morning on an empty stomach, it can be laxative.
