MAURTEN GEL 100 is a concentrated carbohydrate solution in a biopolymer matrix. It contains a unique blend of glucose and fructose (ratio 0.8:1), which allows the intake of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour. It is the world's first energy gel developed using hydrogel technology. It contains only six ingredients and no colorants or preservatives. One serving of GEL 100 contains 25g of carbohydrates.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

GEL 100 is made using hydrogel technology*. Thanks to the hydrogel, carbohydrates pass smoothly through the stomach into the intestine, where water, salt, and carbohydrates are absorbed.

USAGE

GEL 100 can be consumed before, during, and after physical activity. It is recommended to consume 1 serving before physical activity, and 2-3 servings per 1 hour during physical activity.
