Purchasing rules

You can pay for goods purchased in the online store fitzone.lt You can:

  • Payment can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

Return of goods

Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Minister of Economy in 2001. June 29 by order no. 217 approved "Rules for return and exchange of goods"

If you want to return the goods, you can do so within 14 k.d. from the day of receiving the goods. 

Return conditions:

  • -goods must be unused, in the same appearance as the goods you received;  clothing and footwear must be with all original unremoved labels, packaging and complete set, racquets with original laminated protective film.
  • -you can return the goods by mail or through the chosen delivery service, the buyer is responsible for the delivery costs; 
  • -before returning the goods, inform us by e-mail. by mail info@fitzone.lt, - indicate your name, surname, phone no. and the date of purchase, list and reason for the returned goods.

  • -If the buyer wishes to change the product without the size, color or model, re-delivery PAID;
  • -Return price from: 2.29 €
  • -payment for returned goods will be made within 7 days. d. from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
  • -for goods covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, returns are made only after the manufacturer's service (representative) has previously identified a factory defect or defect.
  • -Money for returned goods is in all cases transferred by payment order and only to the payer's bank account.
  • -EXCEPTION: Quality food products, food supplements, drinks, perfumes, cosmetics, hygiene products, etc. – are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
