Magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate) (of natural origin from Dead Sea water).

Usage:

For adults - 2 scraped measuring spoons per day.

For children - 1 scraped measuring spoon per day.
Dissolve the powder in 200 ml of room temperature water or juice. Do not exceed the prescribed daily rate.

Packaging: 179 g of powder.
One package is enough: for adults - ~90 days, for children - up to 180 days.
