Muscle Mass is a multi-source blend of carbohydrates, protein and creatine to help build muscle mass. CONSUMPTION. Mix 1 portion (55 g - 4 tablespoons) with 400 ml of water. On training days, consume one serving after training, the second serving between meals. On non-training days, consume 1 serving between meals. It is advisable to use a whisk to prepare the product.
