Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women (230 mg/20 g/ 125 mg/10 g). 

USE: up to 75 kg of body weight or caffeine-sensitive athletes, mix a dose of 10 g with 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg body weight or mix a dose of 20 g with 300 ml of water. Use 15 minutes before training. The maximum daily dose is 20 g. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 1/3 of a measuring cup = approx. 10 g. 2/3 of a measuring cup = approx. 20 g. Mix the recommended dose with water. After opening, store at a temperature no higher than 25°C and consume within 3 months. Warning: Due to the high concentration of active ingredients, undissolved particles may be visible in the drink. This is a natural characteristic of the product and is not a sign of a bad product. A tingling sensation is a common reaction!
