Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose. The food product should not be used as a meal replacement. Keep out of the reach of children. CONSUMPTION. Suitable before, during or after training. Drink about 0.5-1 liter every hour, depending on the degree of thirst and sweating. Fill a 750-1000 ml drinking cup with cold water, add 4-5 spoons (60-80 g) of powder, shake and enjoy the prepared drink. The concentration can be increased in case of higher energy demand (the drink remains hypotonic up to 90 g/l).
