Purchase rules

Pay for the online store fitzone.lt purchased goods you can:

• Payment can be made using electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
• Mastercard, VISA cards.
• Apple Pay 
• Paypal

Return of goods

The return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the 2001 regulation of the Minister of Economy. June 29 by order no. 217 approved "Rules for return and exchange of items"

If you want to return the goods, you can do so within 14 days. from the day of receiving the goods. 

Conditions for returning goods:

• - the goods must be in their undamaged packaging and unused, in the same merchandise appearance as you received;
• - you can return the goods by post or through the chosen delivery service, the buyer is responsible for the delivery costs;
• - before returning the goods, inform us by e-mail. by post uabcsp@gmail.com, indicate your name, surname, phone no. and the date of purchase, list and reason for the returned goods. 
• -If the buyer wants to change the product without the size, color or model, redelivery PAID;
• -Return price from: 2.29 €
• -payment for returned goods will be made within 7 days. d. from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
• - for goods covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, returns are made only after the manufacturer's service (representative) has previously identified a factory defect or defect.
• - In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred by payment order and only to the payer's bank account.
• -EXCEPTION: Quality food products, food supplements, drinks, perfumes, cosmetics, hygiene products, etc. – non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
