Amino acids "Scitec BCAA Xpress"

BCAA Xpress is a powder of three essential amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine). The body cannot produce them, so they must be obtained from food or supplements. During physical exertion, training or when there is a lack of necessary substances, these are the amino acids that the muscles use first. Leucine is the most important amino acid, so its additional use is recommended even if the total amount of protein consumed is sufficiently high. The BCAAs contained in the composition are in a scientifically based 2:1:1 ratio (leucine, isoleucine, valine).

USAGE: Mix 1 serving (1/2 scoop – 7 g) of powder with 250 ml of water or other favorite beverage. Shake well! After shaking the product, let it stand for a while. Use before, during or after training or at any other time of the day, e.g. before going to bed. Recommended daily intake – 1 serving per day.
