BCAAs are considered the most important amino acids required for optimal muscle function. One capsule of BCAA Complex contains as much as 500 mg of essential branched-chain amino acids, which are presented in an optimal ratio of 2:1:1 (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine).
