Pre-workout supplement "Nutrend Pump"

Pump is a caffeine-free pre-workout stimulant. It contains many effective ingredients that will help you train even harder. Since it does not contain caffeine, this supplement will not affect sleep and can be taken even in the evening.

Directions: Mix 15 g (1/2 scoop) with 250 ml of water. Drink about 30 minutes before strength training. During endurance training, it is necessary to provide this product with additional carbohydrates and drink more fluids (e.g. ISODRINX). The maximum daily dose is 15 g. Do not exceed the recommended dose. After opening, store below 25 °C and consume within 3 months.

Warning: Undissolved particles may appear during preparation, which should not be considered a sign of a bad product. A tingling sensation is a common reaction!

L-citrulline and glycerol – promote muscle filling with blood (the “pump” effect).

Beta-alanine – improves endurance, reduces fatigue.

L-tyrosine, choline, adaptogens (ashwagandha, bacopa) – improve attention and mental stability.

Taurine, vitamins B1, B3, B5, B12 – support energy metabolism and the nervous system.

Black pepper extract (BioPerine®) – improves absorption of nutrients.
